At 9 a.m. Thursday, May 6, The Moonshiner’s Ball will release an additional limited quantity of car camping passes for the 2021 festival. Our original allotment of car camping passes sold out quickly this year, but after a recent site visit, our team has determined a way to fit in a handful more cars inside the venue.A Few Notes:
Car camping passes are $60 and allow room for one vehicle and one standard-size tent. Car camping passes will be available at this link on Thursday, May 6, while supplies last.Car camping passes are only available to weekend pass holders. Weekend passes must be purchased separately (note: tickets are moving fast and we are over halfway to a sellout! Don’t delay!) If you don’t secure a car camping pass, don’t fret! Many of the best campsites available at the venue are not accessible by car, and we’ve got volunteers and golf carts to help you get your gear to your site.
I haven’t began my yearly festival articles as of yet, but when they all announce news or updates, I always try to release them in my weekly news releases. I publish articles daily on here, for so many different music genres.

Moonshiner’s Family!

Rockcastle Riverside, home to our festival for the past two years (and the one upcoming) was damaged badly by last week’s flood. The Rockcastle rose to historic levels, floating cars and RVs, and filling the campground office literally to the ceiling. John, the owner and resident, had to be evacuated by helicopter it came up so fast. Everyone is okay, but there is a huge amount of damage, more than insurance could ever be counted on to cover.

We know times are hard, but if anyone that is in a good place to help, please consider contributing to this GoFundMe. John’s place is a Bluegrass treasure; one that we’d all be saddened to lose. Let’s do what we can to help him out!
