We have only known each other<br \/>\na little over a year and have become quite close from our back history. We have a lot<br \/>\nin common and have a certain &#8220;brotherhood&#8221; not many others have.<br \/>\nI&#8217;m proud to feature his work and know him as a man.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/garyhayescountry.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/coffee-house-roanokeva-the-coffee-pot-header-0.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1975\" src=\"https:\/\/garyhayescountry.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/coffee-house-roanokeva-the-coffee-pot-header-0-300x72.jpg\" alt=\"coffee-house-roanokeva-the-coffee-pot-header-0\" width=\"300\" height=\"72\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>So on Friday December 12th he will be the opening act for <a href=\"http:\/\/johndouglasmyers.com\/\">J.D.Myers<\/a>.<br \/>\nThis show will take place in Roanoke Virginia at <a href=\"http:\/\/thecoffeepotroanoke.com\/\">The Coffee Pot Restaurant<\/a>.<br \/>\nI have placed a link to their menu <a href=\"http:\/\/thecoffeepotroanoke.com\/cs\/Satellite?blobcol=urlfile&amp;blobheader=application%2Fpdf&amp;blobheadername1=Content-Disposition&amp;blobheadervalue1=inline%3B+filename%3Dthe-coffee-pot-menu.pdf&amp;blobkey=id&amp;blobtable=Document&amp;blobwhere=1300965588145&amp;ssbinary=true&amp;moddate=2011-11-21%2013:59:16\">HERE<\/a>.<br \/>\nThis looks like a really good place to see a show, I&#8217;ll have to put it on my &#8220;to do&#8221; list.<\/p>\n<p>J.D.Myers is someone I haven&#8217;t featured on the site yet but he has been on my &#8220;radar&#8221; for<br \/>\nsome time now. He has released several independent albums and one live album.<br \/>\nI am currently listening to his newest album &#8220;Legacy&#8221; and honestly it&#8217;s pretty damn good.<br \/>\nI am enjoying what I hear&#8230;I think you will too.<br \/>\nI&#8217;m more into an older sound of country music however I get the 70&#8217;s and early 80&#8217;s<br \/>\nsound-itch sometimes. And his sound is certainly along those lines and it&#8217;s good.<br \/>\nHe&#8217;s also a lefty (like me) so he can&#8217;t be all that bad..Ha<br \/>\nI&#8217;m going to be searching for his original music and I&#8217;ll feature him more later.<\/p>\n<p>He has had a history with Asylum Records and has released some of his out of print albums<br \/>\nthrough them in the 1990&#8217;s.<br \/>\nHe has had some songwriting deals with publishing houses in Nashville through his career here.<br \/>\nIndependent releases with original music infatuate me and it&#8217;s hard to impress me but I<br \/>\neagerly await anyone to try..and honestly I HOPE they succeed doing so.<br \/>\nIt means I found a kick ass album that seldom leaves the player.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Folks I have featured Joshua Morningstar on this website a lot&#8230;because he is a busy individual!
