So this guy is on my radar now because he has a new album out. This is from my last year article for the Suwannee Spring Reunion Festival in Florida. I will not be able to attend this year because of other obligations of personal use, but we will post updates and news weekly. This is from last year’s lineup and below we will post the lineup and other information we have once again Steve Poltz is NOT on the 2026 lineup, but he will be with them in spirit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the bands that ARE ON this lineup here are the Steep Canyon Rangers who have launched a massive tour for their upcoming album called Next Act coming out in May of this year. That has been added to my Spotify playlist and the album is on our radar lists for 2026. And 2026 has already been an unbelievably busy year…more on that one later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joshua and I went to Florida to see Leftover Salmon in Jacksonville on New Year and we stopped at the campground to see the Christmas lights. I tell you what, they have it rigged up pretty well out there. There is plenty to do out there during this week and I implore you to go support this wonderful festival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ONCE AGAIN THIS IS A CARD ONLY FESTIVAL, except for the campground store. Many of them are going this route now and I have learned to just adapt to it despite my ire. Also this festival is so laid back and friendly it would be impossible to remain upset out there!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LIVE OAK, Fla. \u2014  The 8th Annual Suwannee Spring Reunion<\/strong><\/a> at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park <\/strong>(SOSMP) in Live Oak, Florida, takes place Thursday through Sunday, March 19-22<\/strong>. Nestled amidst 800 acres of majestic Spanish moss-draped oak and cypress trees along the Suwannee River, the weekend will be jam-packed with music rooted in Americana, newgrass, bluegrass, folk, blues, and more. This family-friendly music festival<\/strong> spans four days and nights and includes camping, hands-on music workshops, kids\u2019 activities, an eclectic vending village with handcrafted goods and an assortment of delectable food, and daily yoga.

Festival director Beth Judy says, \u201cIt excites me to bring a wide selection of new artists to our Suwannee Spring Reunion line-up, along with some favorites we have not seen in a while! Many cherished performers who have long been a part of our Suwannee Family round out the roster in keeping with the spirit of our yearly reunion, which kicks off the spring festival season. There is truly something for everyone!\u201d 
With many acts performing multiple times<\/strong>, music will be staged in a variety of areas, including the Big Cosmo\u2019s Amphitheater, The Dance Tent, Music Hall, and the Music Farmers Stage at The Back Porch. Attendees will see one-of-a-kind collaborations among the artists performing\u2014you never know who will give a surprise sit-in on stage (or in the campgrounds for that matter). Everyone is encouraged to bring their instruments; there\u2019s an open call to play in the many campground pickin\u2019 party sites throughout the weekend, including at Slopryland<\/strong>, hosted by Sloppy Joe, <\/strong>and the Bill Monroe Shrine<\/strong>, hosted by Quartermoon<\/strong>.
Tickets are on sale now. <\/strong>Suwannee Spring Reunion offers a <\/strong>multi-day Weekend Ticket that includes festival admission for four days of music, as well as primitive camping on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. Military and Student discounts are available. Children 12 and under are free if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Get your tickets before they go up to the next pricing tie. Please note, an additional event car pass is required to bring a car into the campground\u2014Advance Car Pass: $15 or $20 at the Gate. SOSMP offers guest comforts including a general store, full service restaurant, free showers, indoor bathrooms, and water stations.
