When it comes to Americana and Jamgrass, there are so many festivals that are popping up all over the country that makes a person with a propensity for being addicted to that sound salivate and become excited. This year is the fifth installment of The Redwood Ramble<\/a> over in the San Fransisco area of California.<\/p>\n

Camp Navarro<\/a> hosts this event from Thursday, July 12th to Sunday, July 15th, 2018. There is also  a charitable recipient for the festival every year, and this year they have chosen  Bread & Roses Presents<\/a>. Bread and Roses is a nonprofit arts organization with a human services mission that brings hope, healing and joy through live music and the performing arts to people who are disadvantaged, marginalized, or otherwise isolated in diverse institutional settings in the San Francisco Bay Area.<\/p>\n

Bread & Roses presents free, live music and entertainment for Bay Area children, teens, adults, and elders\u2014 who don\u2019t have the ability to easily experience the uplifting power of the arts in any other way. Their performances, well over 600 last year alone, bring joy to children undergoing chemotherapy, teens battling substance abuse, families in homeless shelters, veterans recovering from trauma, seniors in hospice, and others facing challenging times alone.<\/p>\n

IF YOU’RE RAMBLIN’ WITH US THIS YEAR, HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW! The gates open for the Redwood Ramble on Thursday at 11AM. Please be very careful on Masonite Industrial Road which leads to Camp Navarro. The Mendocino Redwood Company has a facility just up the road, so large fast moving trucks run up and down the road regularly. Because of this, nobody is allowed to line up before the gates open. If you arrive to the area early, please be sure to stop in the town of Navarro to wait until 11AM. There is plenty of camping space at the event so there is absolutely no rush to get in early.<\/span><\/p>\n
