This next edition of my festival series brings us to Aiken South Carolina to the 14th annual Aiken Bluegrass Festival, which is an outdoor two day event. I’ve had reports of terrific musical happenings here, and heard great things from some of the food vendors there. THIS IS one of the premiere festivals of the southeast, and many people travel great distances to come here.

Trust me for the ticket price this is one of the more reasonable festivals of it’s kind. However when you buy tickets remember you MUST purchase a seperate primitave camping pass, but it’s only 5.00 per person. Coolers are NOT permitted in the stage areas only at your campsite, so you’ll have to buy beer at the vendor tents.
