It’s once again time to start talking about the ever popular yearly event that happens in Nashville and I think each and every one of you in Nashville know about how important Americanafest is to the music industry. In my opinion, the panels alone are well worth paying the yearly fee. The amount of knowledge that one can learn from the panels is well worth investing your time into this.
This one is going to be another one of my ongoing articles that I will be adding information to on a weekly basis. Right now I wanted to release the press releases for the third round of bands on the Americanafest roster, and all of the awards nominees for the upcoming awards show that happens.
Because here at Gary Hayes Country, we are all about festivals and we cover over 250 of them yearly. Right at the cusp of the end of summer, we have Muddy Roots and then right after that we have Americanafest in Nashville. The reason I enjoy this festival so much is because it blends together such an eclectic combination of bands from so many genres, and juxtaposes them all into one central place.
This event not only benefits Nashville community commerce but it benefits me in my own personal musical fanbase because I find so many new artists to support using this festival. Not only do you find bands that ARE included in the festival that you haven’t heard of , you find ones that AREN’T included as well! The fans that share their favorites you don’t know of yet, or the bands that are out shmoozing their own albums to fans.
