Now folks you know that I work a “regular job” as well as run this website so I’m sorry I cannot make show mid week, also I work third shift so it’s even harder. HOWEVER if YOU can make this show and lend YOUR support PLEASE do so. This following is from Miss Roxane Atwood and Mr. Tim Atwood.

FRIENDS, WE NEED YOUR HELP! Please share this poster and ask your friends to share this poster….even if you don’t live in Nashville. There is no budget for advertising for this show because 100% of our proceeds will go to the Musician’s Emergency Relief Fund to help musicians in need.

The subject matter is serious, but the event itself will be fun. How could it not be fun with Jeannie Seely hosting the event in honor of one of her best friends DOTTIE WEST…and Larry Gatlin and The Gatlin Brothers sharing stories and songs…along with David Frizzell and Shelly West…and other members of the West family….and a few surprise guests are coming that, well, let’s just say you’ll want to have your cameras ready.

And since we are raising money for the Musician’s Emergency Relief Fund, we thought we would take a moment and honor one of Nashville’s finest musicians–a member of the Musicians Hall of Fame–Jimmy Capps! There should also be a table at the event filled with other MHOF members….the Musician Elite!

This event is one week from today. Wednesday October 18th. There is no set cost to get through the door. We will turn no one away–although the purpose of the night is to raise money for musicians in need. As you walk in 3rd and Lindsley there will be a sign that reads “What’s a Musician Worth to You?” Give what you can. $1…$5…$20…$100. No judgement. Just come out and support the musician who makes the music you love possible. We want to see a FULL HOUSE. This really will be a great show…and it is for such a worthy cause. The show starts at 7:30. We really do hope to see you there!
