Hoxeyville is the Midwest premier Americana and Roots festival. We boast two stages featuring national touring artists, and the best and brightest Michigan talent with an intimate capacity of three thousand. We are proud of our incredibly supportive community, safe, family friendly camping (and playground!), excellent kids’ tent programming, unbelievable food, and an easily traversable site.

Hoxeyville is strategically located near various mountain biking trails and the Pine River—a national wild and scenic river, world class blue-ribbon trout stream and a renowned paddle sports playground. Kestelwoods restaurant, party store and campground is a convenient five minute walk from the festival grounds

Hoxeyville is committed to your safety by providing an environment where we can ALL enjoy a wondrous weekend of music together. You can help! We are confident that by August, all adults desiring so can be vaccinated against Covid-19. While we cannot mandate attendees be vaccinated, we will protect our youngest campers for whom vaccines are not yet available by requiring ALL ADULTS to have properly worn masks and socially distance in shared public spaces—this includes Stage areas, Vending, Kids Tent and walking paths. Our artists, vendors, staff and volunteers depend on you to do your part to keep live music safe and sustainable. We missed you! We have waited so long to see amazing music, be with our friends and just relax here in the woods. Hang with your pods and families & give each other a little (socially distanced) elbow room. We can’t wait to see you!

Covid Safety Plan

As we look forward to this summer’s events we are committed to bringing you safe and clean events by adhering to the following new health and safety measures. Below you will find the details for how these shows will function. We can’t wait to see you all this summer!

AT CHECK-IN

  • Main Gate Entrance off W 48 ½ Rd, ¾ mile west of M-37

  • Guests will be pre-screened with a thermal thermometer. Anyone with temperature over 100 degrees will be refunded and not admitted.

  • If you have been sick, had a fever within the last 48hrs, or been around someone who has been sick, please do not plan to attend to help ensure the health and safety of our staff and other patrons.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry.

  • Once you have been temp-screened, your wristbands will be verified. Please stay in your vehicle at all times. Staff will assist will you at your vehicle. Do not get out of your vehicle until you arrive at your campsite, this will ensure a safe and speedy entry for everyone.

ONCE INSIDE

  • MASKS

    • ALL ADULTS are required to have a mask to enter. If you lose your mask during the weekend (hey, it happens!) you can purchase a new one at the gate or merch tent.

    • ALL ADULTS will wear masks properly over NOSE AND MOUTH and maintain 6 foot social distance from non-pod groups in shared public spaces – this includes Stage areas, Vending, Kids Tent and walking paths.

  • Hand Sanitizer will be available at multiple locations throughout the venue for your use.

  • Hand washing stations will be available at restroom locations.

  • Please wash your hands frequently and for 20 seconds at a time.

  • Guests who cannot abide by the rules will be asked to leave with no refund.

  • All staff and volunteers will be required to wear personal protective gear including masks, gloves, and be temp-screened prior to working, for your safety.

CAPACITY AND SOCIAL DISTANCING SPACE

  • Capacity for our 2021 shows has been limited by 30% in an effort to ensure the proper space needed to accommodate these new safety protocols.

  • In addition to reduced capacity, the venue area will double in size to give us all more elbow room.
