Cumming, GA (December 13, 2019)—With nearly three decades of touring to their credit, Russell Moore & IIIrd Tyme Out are now embarking on a new adventure; their first ever performances outside the North American continent. The band will travel to Prague, Czech Republic and perform two shows on February 8, 2020.

“Since 1991, we have been recording, touring, and performing across the U.S. and Canada and are very excited that we’ll be taking our live show overseas for the very first time,” says Russell Moore. “We all thought this would be a great adventure to help celebrate nearly 30 years in the bluegrass world we love so much, and to perform for some of our many fans who are not able to travel here to see us.”

The concerts will take place at Dlabacov Hall and are produced by Rosta Capek of Capek Instruments (www.capek.us). “We are thrilled to be promoting the only appearance of this legendary band in Europe,” says Capek. “Both shows were sold out in the first two weeks. This will be the best bluegrass event of 2020, not only in the Czech Republic, but in all of Europe!”

Russell Moore & IIIrd Tyme Out are one of bluegrass music’s most-awarded touring bands with over 50 industry accolades to their credit. Earlier this year, Moore received his 6th Male Vocalist of the Year award from the International Bluegrass Music Association, maintaining the record as their most awarded in that category. With 18 albums, an extensive tour schedule, and plenty of miles under his belt, Moore still finds excitement in his chosen career. “We’re looking forward to this experience in Prague, the chance to visit with all who attend the performances, and the opportunity to observe this historic city!”
